Tata steel wanted a campaign to attract new talent. We beautifully crafted a campaign to attract fresh talent from top management schools and professional.
Brief to us -
Tata Steel is an Indian multinational steel-making company and one of the largest steel producing companies in the world. Part of Tata Group (probably the most well-known Indian conglomerate), the company is 115 young - not old! They see themselves as pioneers and innovators in the field and despite sector-related image and perception challenges, they have grand ambitions to “make steel glamorous” as a career option.
Our Solution
We know that our audience, particularly early talent, are looking for a special kind of workplace. Where they can bring their authentic selves to work, every day. Where they can grow, and really make an impact. ​
