Founder's Day Celebration 
A campaign that left mark in a way that now it has a home at Coca-Cola global.

Coca-Cola India is celebrating 138th Founder’s Day with a campaign to engage employees by exploring its heritage. The aim is to evoke pride and nostalgia. A key part of this celebration is a newspaper showcasing 31 iconic moments from Coca-Cola’s 31 years in India.​We had a grand plan to celebrate Coca-Cola India’s Founder’s Day with a special newspaper highlighting 31 iconic India moments from the past 31 years. However, an unexpected change in direction overnight led us to swiftly devise a completely new campaign within a single day.​​

Despite the legal hurdle, we transformed our Founder’s Day campaign into something even more spectacular. Instead of a newspaper, we crafted nostalgic greeting cards featuring Coca-Cola moments in Bollywood, preserving the essence of our rich heritage. The celebration unfolded across three thoughtfully planned phases—Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch - crafted to enhance employee engagement and deepen their connection to Coca-Cola's legacy.​Pre-Launch - We began by sparking curiosity and excitement. ​Launch - Then came the big day! Our celebration activities were all about fun and pride, giving everyone a chance to truly enjoy and take pride in Coca-Cola’s rich history.​
Post -Launch - Even after the event concluded, we continued to nurture the festive spirit, ensuring a lasting impact on employee morale and connection.
